Monday has some of the best deals for a content creation platform with the benefits that are included with it. That is not all it has to offer, Monday is easy to understand, use, and is intuitive. This platform software enables teams to add members quickly, customize workflow, assign tasks, and track the progress of their work to completion. Making content creation a breeze to track and complete for employees and business owners. This extensive list of integration is great for businesses and entrepreneurs to promote team transparency. The platform also has a user-friendly interface that is unique. Its aim is to simplify and streamline team projects and management activities. Monday facilitates effective team communication; This is a major quality that small businesses need to become successful. The Monday platform is a great content tool that is effective and productive.
Canva is a free graphic design platform that allows people to easily create business cards, templates, invitations, and of course; content for other platforms. Unlike the others mentioned, Canva focuses mainly on content creation. Due to this, a person’s imagination is their only limitation. In the digital age, getting brand recognition is cut-throat and challenging amid a high-sharing online world. Many businesses and entrepreneurs face the problem of standing out and being seen. Canva solves that problem as it is the platform to help businesses stand out. Many successful companies such as Facebook have used Canva. A handful of other successful companies have and can capitalize on visual content strategies through the platform. Visual marketing is a major key part of an overall marketing strategy. Canva has over five million users ranging from business owners, small and large, and massive corporations. Canva has a free version and a premium version starting at $119.99 per year ($10 a month). Their enterprise package starts off at $30 per person.It also has all the major platforms dimensions covered and ready to use. This means if a person created content for Facebook and wants to use it for Instagram, they can simply change the format. Overall, Canva is easy to use thanks to its very intuitive drag-and-drop, and it offers a ton of design content for free.
There is a variety of affordable content creation platforms for rising entrepreneurs and small businesses which are affordable and offer a variety of tools. They all have the potential to build brand awareness, product education, innovation, easy workflow, and lead to conversion. Each of these platforms have important elements to them that can be the key to help small businesses and entrepreneurs stand out.
